We are in a quiet countryside location, centrally located between Brixham, Totnes and Paignton.

Situated close to Greenway House, the former house of South Devons famous author Agatha Christie. Transport to the house could be provided by prior arrangement.

Waddeton Barton Farm is just 5 mins from the picturesque village of Stoke Gabriel with its quaint church overlooking the Mill Pond in one direction and Galmpton with its olde worlde pub in the other 15 mins from the main shopping and harbours of Torquay, Totnes and Brixham.

A countryside oasis on the urban fringes. All the local amenities including shops cinema, local blue flag beaches of Broadsands and Goodrington with its Water Park, Go Carts, Crazy Golf within a 5 minute Drive.

A short drive to Churston Station can lead you to Kingswear and Dartmouth via the Steam Train and onto the River Dart for a boat trip to Totnes.

We are within easy reach of Galmpton Creek Boatyard and welcome any yachtsman/crew/or workforce.

The farm has been in the Tully family for over 60 years. Currently run by Richard and Jean Tully, this working farm not only offers accommodation, but also produces a pedigree and a commercial herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle.

The farm also has 100 acres of arable land producing wheat, barley and oats. Harvesting beginning mid July through to September.
