Welcome to Compton Pool Farm
Nestled in 14 acres of warm tranquil valley in the heart of the South Devon countryside, Compton Pool Farm is a perfect haven for guests of all ages.

This ancient farm dating back to the 12th century has been lovingly converted into 10 cottages each with its own character, all appointed to the most luxurious standard.

Compton Pool is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family and a good selection of supermarkets and shops.

Gardens, Grounds and Lake Areas
The stunning grounds and gardens are a particular feature of Compton Pool Farm.

There are 14 acres, all of which is available to stroll around at your leisure. Two of the 5 lakes are well stocked with fish, including mirror carp, common carp, rudd, roach and tench. Guests are welcome to fish using their own equipment.

The orchard houses goats, pot bellied pigs and the famous miniature Pennywell Farm Pigs, all friendly and a source of great joy to children and adults alike.

The whole area is abundant with wildlife.

The Cottages
Each cottage whilst differing in layout and character, is comfortably furnished and fitted to the highest standard.

All cottages have the following equipment and facilities;

• Well equipped kitchens inc. dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
• Marble floors to kitchen / dining areas.
• Well appointed bathrooms and shower rooms with power showers.

• King size luxury beds in all double bedrooms and full size singles in twin rooms (no bunks).
• Top quality soft furnishings with all bedding and towels included (not cot bedding or swimming towels).
• Flat screen digital TVs, DVD players and Bose HiFi systems (extra TVs in all double bedrooms).
• Cots, high chairs and stairgates all available at no extra cost.
• On site laundry room with washing and drying facilities available.
• Wireless Internet at no cost on site.
• Compton Pool Farm is a non-smoking environment and we regret that we are unable to accept pets.

Facilities
Swimming Pool - A superb 10m x 5m indoor pool, heated to a constant 30°c. open all year round from 8am until 9pm. including sauna, changing rooms with showers and toilet facilities. Delightful outdoor terrace overlooking the grounds and tennis court.

Tennis Court - Hard surface full size all weather tennis court.

Games Barn - The spacious barn houses table tennis, pool and table football.

Exercise Suite - Keep fit on holiday in the well appointed gym with a selection of the latest exercise equipment.

Children’s Play Area - A wonderful selection of play equipment is provided, including trampoline, swings and slides
