With a range of apartments on offer - from studios sleeping two persons, to 2 bedroom apartments accommodating up to 7 persons - they are ideal for both couples and families alike.

Accessability
Sunningdale Apartments is a Large Victorian Villa built in the Late 1800s. We are situated on Babbacombe Downs Road on the Sea Front.

The Large Car Park is situated up a slope from the road and there is plenty of room to open doors etc. One can drive right to the front door to offload Luggage.

There are a couple of small steps up to the Wide Front Door.

The First Floor Apts Nos 3.8.9.10.11.14.17.18.19 and 20 are all accessed by a wide staircase of approx 19 stairs and therefore not suitable for wheelchair use.

The Ground Floor Apts Nos 1.2.4.5 and 7 are all accessed through the main Front Door and then along Ground Floor corridors to normal 30 inch doors to Apts.

All Doors are Heavy Fire Doors fitted with door Closures as the Building is fitted with a mains central alarm system for smoke and fire.

Apts Nos 6.15.16.17 and 18 are all accessed from Garden Level but all have one step up into Front Doors.

All Apartments have Bathrooms with Showers fitted over Baths. Some Apartments are easier to use wheelchairs in than others and we recommend you enquire as to suitability before booking.

There are laundry facilities on site.

We have a regular Bus Service within 200yds and local shops within 500yds. Doctors and Dentists are also close by and the local Hospital is within 2 miles.
