We have eight en-suite rooms all comfortably furnished, a relaxed cosy lounge and elegant dining room with licensed bar.

Our eight en-suite rooms, (all en-suites contain a shower), are all spacious and comfortably furnished. Some rooms have distant sea views across the roof tops of Torquay.

Single and twin rooms are available on the ground floor.

Ingredients for our breakfasts are locally sourced and our eggs are from free range hens at a local Paignton farm.

Our licensed bar is small but well-stocked. We sell ales brewed in Paignton at the award winning Bays Brewery, and organic cider from local orchards.

Our residents' lounge is a 'quiet' room (no TV) where you can sit and relax with a book, socialise with other guests (and ourselves), enjoy a drink from the bar, plan your day's activities or just watch the world go by through the large bay window.

Breakfast served from 8.30am - 9.00am (earlier or later by arrangement).
