Beechmount is a fine Victorian house modernised to the highest possible standard whilst retaining many original features.

The Home is situated in the Chelston area of Torquay. Many of the rooms have views over Torbay, the sea-front being just half a mile away. There are local shops at Chelston, including a post office, churches, banks, etc., all within a few minutes walk.

There are beautiful, well tended gardens where residents may sit in warm weather.

Beechmount is registered with Devon County Council for 25 elderly residents of either sex. accommodation is in both double and single rooms all of which have the same facilities.

Catering

Meals are carefully prepared to give a well-balanced diet and any special dietery requirements can be met.

Care & Policy

The highest possible standard of care is provided in a cosy family atmosphere through the friendly attitude of the staff who are on duty 24 hours a day.

Although not a nursing home, we are able to accomodate certain illnesses and handicaps. these facilities can be discussed with the proprietors.
